I don't like the beat I ordered anymore, can I get a refund?

As we send out all beats automatically, we will not refund your purchase after completion. We only refund double orders of the same instrumentals that happen by accident!

how do i give credit to the producer

In all projects where any part of a Record kingdom beat is used, be sure to give credit in one of the following formats:

"Produced by (Record Kingdom)"

"Beat by (Record Kingdom)"

"Original Music by (Record Kingdom)"

can I change up the beat after I buy it

Yes, you can chop, loop, speed up, slow down, add extra sounds, and change up the beat as much as you want as long as you still give full production credit to the original Record Kingdom producer.

what if two different people buy the same beat?

If two different people buy the same beat, they can still each copyright their own song they make with that beat, and sell, distribute, perform and broadcast that song, keeping all their own royalties. When you purchase a beat from Jee Juh, the copyright for that beat alone still belongs to Record Kingdom. However, the copyright for the song that you make with that beat, your lyrics combined with that beat, belongs to you. And with the rights granted to you by the Record Kingdom license agreement, you are allowed to sell, distribute, perform and broadcast (TV, radio, Internet) that song, keeping all of the royalties.

How do i buy a beat exclusively?

The only beats that we offer exclusively you would have to send a email to us .

Do you use samples?

No. All Record Kingdom beats are made using copyright-free or licensed sounds, so you don't have to worry about clearing any samples.

are the kits you offer on rk royalty-free?

Yes, our RK Kits are 100% royalty free. As long as you don’t use any other samples in your music production, you are free to use them without any restrictions, except re-selling the sounds of the kit yourself.

can i use your free instrumentals for a commercial project?

No, the free rap beats we post on our Youtube channel only are for non-commercial demo use. If you intend to make profit off our beats, purchase a license in our store. Please be aware that re-selling our instrumentals without vocal recordings is not allowed in any case. We pursue cases like this legally on a regular basis.
